On January 9, 2007, Steve Jobs presented the first iPhone in San Francisco.
The iPhone changed the world of phones forever. It had a very nice design and a large touch screen. People could control the phone by touching the screen. The phone had a lot of new things.
During his presentation, Jobs said that it was easy to use the iPhone. With the phone, you could call, listen to music, and you could use the internet. People liked the new iPhone very much.
People could also download a lot of new applications to their phones.
The iPhone started a new era in the mobile phone industry.
Difficult words: screen (the part of a phone with pictures), application (a piece of computer software which does some job), era (a period of time).
